Abstract
In this paper, a robust fuzzy control system is developed. The proposed fuzzy control is designed using Lyapunov´s direct method to guarantee global stability for a class of nonlinear systems. The main idea of the proposed scheme is to design a fuzzy controller based on nonlinear robust control so that it can always provide global stability. For each fuzzy set, a sub-control is designed to guarantee stability and the control is in general a function of state variables. Then, the overall fuzzy control is obtained by blending sub-controls together
