As applications in ferroelectric and dielectric technology increasingly tend toward miniaturization and thin film applications, it is increasingly more important that the issues surrounding size-structure-property relationships in barium titanate and related compounds are understood. The effects of crystallite and grain size on the room temperature crystal structure and dielectric properties, respectively, were investigated and compared to previous studies
