Abstract
We study delay-universal sequential streaming over discrete memoryless three-terminal relay networks, and propose a decode-and-forward relaying scheme. We derive upper bounds on the error performance of the proposed system, which assists in system design and analysis. The bounds also show that the proposed relaying scheme, and decode-and-forward relaying in general, can achieve the optimal delay exponent under certain channel conditions.
