Abstract :
This paper describes the application of fuzzy control on an induction inverter-motor assembly so as to obtain variable speed and torque as well as a good dynamic response. For this purpose, the variables that after processing are fed to the control system, as well as the control system´s output signals that feed the inverter, are established. Then a comparative analysis is carried out in which the system´s behavior under fuzzy and hysteresis control is simulated. Finally the results obtained from an experimental prototype that includes a PC in which fuzzy logic control software is installed are presented
