Abstract :
This paper discusses high voltage device implementation in an automotive technology optimized for 12 V electrical automotive systems and which can be easily up-converted to support the new 42 V electrical automotive systems. Technology features, integration and implementation of high voltage devices and ESD solutions are specifically emphasized in the paper.
