Abstract :
This work presents a tool to address generation dispatch in the context of demand response programs. A stochastic OPF to be used by load aggregators in order to schedule demand along a time horizon is proposed. Preferences are modelled as constraints in the optimization problem; a probabilistic approach is used to represent preferences about time intervals. Simulation results obtained with the point estimate method and the differential evolution algorithm, for a 192-bus distribution system, are presented.
