Abstract :
A composite microwave photonic link system exhibiting significantly increased dynamic-range is demonstrated. The compressive dynamic range achieved was >104 dB while the spurious-free dynamic range was >96 dB, both in a 20 MHz receiver noise bandwidth in the frequency range 2-10 GHz.
