Abstract :
This paper describes the development of the communication system using Bluetooth for Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) - SELVABOT version-1. This ROV could be controlled by any Bluetooth cell phone. Therefore, this type of technology has the advantage of high bitrates for data transfer and can to be used in hazardous areas. So, this text presents the design and project of a versatile robot intended for assistance and monitoring applications.
