Abstract :
The conversion of attendance record system from manual to online is reported in this work. The improvement of the system has been successfully tested in an international college in China. There are two major components contributing to the improvement of the attendance record system, firstly is the reliable and fast network and secondly the smart excel spreadsheet. This concept of improvement to attendance record system that is based on the online concept can be implemented with ease to any other institutions.
