Abstract :
A 32 b RISC microcontroller using 0.35 /spl mu/m CMOS technology has 64 KB (two 32 KB modules) on-chip flash memory. A chip block diagram, and a chip micrograph are shown. The flash memory module achieves 90 MHz read with a 3.3 V supply.
