Abstract :
We developed the wireless sensor network module with very low power consumption. The sleep current including LCD is 3.5 uA and average current is 5 uA with 10 second data sampling period. This module is expected to work with two AA batteries for 10 or more years. We tested some batteryless wireless sensor applications. The energy source includes solar, vibration and wind. The module can operate though these means.
