Based on principle accountancy and cost-benefit structure analysis in manufacturing, the test carry through the qualitative analysis about the cost-benefit structure in service remedy. From the establishment to circulation of the service remedy system, the cost of service remedy includes seven parts; The benefit of service remedy had divided up two parts, both customer benefits and employee benefits. Based on these, the article had taken detailed elaboration about application problems, and then put forward cost-benefit structure model in service remedy. Through the analysis and research, the paper makes enterprises explicit cost-benefit structure in the process of service remedy, and provides the theoretical basis for service remedy strategy that formulated by the enterprises.
