Abstract :
In-depth analysis of device handling trays involving carbon fibers flows, distribution and regression in the plastic molding process revealed pitfalls in currently used tray´s resistance measurement techniques. Resistance test setups that can be used in tray´s qualification are recommended to overcome measurement errors due to variations in tray´s tooling designs.
