A Multilevel Integration Approach for Developing E-Finance Portals: Challenges and Perspectives

E-finance industry is rapidly transforming and evolving toward more dynamic, flexible and intelligent solutions. The proposed e-finance portal provides an integrated enterprise platform for retail banking services as well as for other financial services. In the meantime, the proposed multilevel solution will keep monitoring and analyzing the huge volume of dynamic information flowing through the portal. In this way, the portal is able to find the useful knowledge for refining business processes and providing personalized services, and detect hidden financial problems as well.
