Abstract :
In China, research on intelligent vehicles has been developed by more and more organizations, so the evaluation methods of intelligent driving abilities are of great importance. This article first analyzed information processing of intelligent vehicles based on cognitive science; second, we briefly introduced the basic theory and methods of fuzzy synthetic evaluation; finally, according to the competition “Future Challenge”, we focused on four driving behaviors like straight driving, turning, U-Turn and overtaking, which were also considered as the first level factors of the evaluation model, and established this fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of driving abilities for intelligent vehicles. It can be used to assess the intelligent driving behaviors for unmanned ground vehicles, and lay a solid foundation of the evaluation part for the next “Future Challenge” competitions.
