Abstract :
BIMEVOX Oxides have potential as electrolyte of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell. BIMEVOX oxides have many phases structure. To see their transformation phase can be used XRD powder as function temperature. Studies of temperature dependences of the structure have been done on BIGAVOX oxides with dopant concentration of 0.10 and 0.15. The structure of these oxides are β-phase at room temperature and transform to γ-phase at temperature of 400 and 525°C, for dopant concentration is 0.10 and 0.15, respectivelly.
