An ontology-based mobile publishing framework with Copyright protection

With the rapid development of Internet and mobile telecommunication technology, more and more people used mobile terminal to reading. The rapid development of mobile reading promoted the mobile publishing industry development. But there is no authoritative definition of mobile publishing. This paper firstly presented a kind definition of mobile publishing according to our team research. The definition emphasized on the differences between mobile publishing and mobile phone publishing. The differences included terminal, content classification, adapted technologies of implementing mobile publishing. In other words, the bound of mobile publishing is larger than mobile phone publishing. On the other hand, Copyright protection is a key and difficulty question of the mobile publishing industry. This paper introduced an ontology-based solution of copyright protection.
