  • Abstract
    During the operation of computer system malfunction may occur, which if not timely detected and not remedied, may lead to the cancellation of its components, as well as loss of data, whose value can be significantly greater than the value of computer systems. The aim of this paper is to present research results that show the impact of thermographic diagnostic controls to increase the level of reliability of the individual components of computer systems. Calculation of reliability parameters of components of computer systems was carried out in a spreadsheet program Microsoft Excel.
