Abstract :
This paper will discuss the basic conceptions of IPSEC VPN & SSL VPN and the benefits they can give. Also the comparison will be made from the aspects of VPN working layers, security, access control and deployment. According to the results, the key advantages like security, flexibility and cost reduction will be clearly shown. Finally it will demonstrate how HengShui University implements the SSL VPN for campus networks and the conveniences the SSL VPN gives when teachers connect the internal information through internet connection.
