The logistical value-added service capability is just the energy embodied in the process of Logistics Enterprise´s value-added service. The power of this capability depends on two important factors: level of the value-added service capability quality and its efficiency of the process. The business model innovation provides with strong driving force for the two above-mentioned factors, which has ultimately accelerated the promotion of the value-added service capabilities. Therefore, the enhancement of logistics value-added service capabilities should base on the business model innovation of logistics enterprises.
