Financial risk pre-warning plays an important role in financial risk management. We aim to build an ideal financial risk warning system of SME according to the analysis of financial risks in small and medium enterprises (SMES). The present research firstly analyze the financial risks of SMEs, secondly propose the design of financial analysis pre-warning information system for SMEs from the system structure, database, early warning mechanisms and other aspects.
