After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article utilizes empirical research method, take the Xichong County 6 town 139 peasant household´s survey data as the basis, through analyzed the Logistic regression model for members of cooperatives Satisfaction. Results shows that the influence factors of member satisfaction besides peasant family characteristic, peasants´ participation cooperatives circumstance and some common characteristics of variables, but also contains the technical service from cooperative, the government policy support, the relationship with university and the scientific research institution and many other factors. Based on these empirical results, this article puts forward some suggestions to improve member satisfaction and promote cooperative development.
