Abstract
It is shown that for usual actuator parameter ordering the projection method is applicable with corresponding simplification for actuator measurement and control. Complete dynamical actuator equations are given, natural parameter ordering is discussed and exact solution of the EM part is indicated afterward. The lowest order solution is finally given for a brushless DC actuator as an illustration, and some properties of the reduced system are discussed for control purposes
