Abstract :
According to the model structure and main characteristics of the current GIS based platform between the power companies which are not compatible, in the full study considering the Web Service design principles, design patterns, and the web service as the underlying data organization based on the geographic information industry with OGC standards, the article briefly describes the meaning of Web Service, the model structure, main features, and a detailed description which can be cross-platform sharing of distributed power GIS platform design.
