Abstract :
The aim of the Internet Based Computing and System (IBCS) track is precisely to address the research issues related to these emerging domains so as to contribute in the proposition of novel concepts, architectures and methodologies related to web applications. We received about 39 papers, out of which 23 were selected based on their originality, technical depth and potential to reach the afore mentioned aim. These peer reviewed selected papers illustrate the quality and the diversity of research in the fields of the track. They are organized in four sessions of five or six presentations each. The topics of these sessions include Web-Centric Systems, Advanced Information Systems, Multimedia & QoS, Cooperative & Distributed Systems.
