Abstract :
Taking account of the different heights of transmitting and receiving antennas and the height of the super-refractive layer, the multipath depolarization statistical distributions, XPD and CPA equiprobability linear relations are obtained on the basis of computer random simulation, showing good agreement between simulations and experiments. However, there are quite a number of differences between the CCIR report and our conclusion
