Abstract
The profiles obtained from multilayer amorphous Se based photoreceptors is discussed. Amorphous Se(a-Se) is one of the most common materials for photoreceptors used in conventional xerography. Its alloys, in particular a-SeTe, A-SeTeCl, a-SeTeAs and a-SeTeClAs in multilayer forms, are being investigated for high speed printers sensitive to commercially available He-Ne, He-Cd and GaAlAs laser light sources
