Abstract
This paper describes the main features of the high-swing cascode mirror. Particular attention is paid to its frequency response, dynamic range and harmonic distortion. Simulation results based on a standard 2.4 μm CMOS technology demonstrate the excellent performance of this current mirror, which combines the advantages of both the simple and cascode current mirrors
