Abstract :
Newly fluorine-containing acrylate compositions for AR coating (codename: F-Lucid) are developed at very low cost. The AR layers can be manufactured in flat and textured patterns using ordinary processes. The flat layer has 2% of the AR effect, and long-tem reliability tests show that the initial performances are sustained after the loads. The textured AR layer is formed on the flat AR layer, and is expected to enhance the AR effect further.
