Abstract
An integrated space-time multi-user array receiver for asynchronous direct sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) is proposed that is robust to errors in the estimation of multipath arrival times. The method presented here is valid for more than one path per user and is also near-far resistant in the presence of such timing uncertainty. This is unlike the decorrelating and minimum mean square error (MMSE) detectors that are only near-far resistant in the absence of timing errors
