Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a complementary approach to full wave 3D numerical methods in order to evaluate external EM constraints on systems which can be assimilated to an assembly of cylinders. Here, we model the system under test as transmission line networks. The parameters of these transmission lines are adjusted in order to take into account the effect of cylinder thickness. Several examples of application of this technique and comparison with full 3D numerical computations are given.
