Abstract
We present a 4-channel VCSEL driver that incorporates input CTLE and 1-tap output FFE. Designed in a standard 65nm-CMOS process, 30Gbps operation is achieved with 155mW/channel (77mW/channel for FFE) from a 1.2/3.0V supply.
