  • Abstract
Reed-Muller (RM) circuits are easier to test and require fewer logic gates than traditional sum-of-product forms generally. In this paper we present a Reed-Muller universal logic module (RM-ULM). Furthermore, we introduce circuits that allow a reverse propagation of signals and a determination of the spectral coefficients. With these extended ULMs, RM-networks are fully self-programmable
