Abstract :
The functional properties of the reproduction system composed of hypothalamus, hypophyseal portal system, hypophyseal gland, reproduction organs such as ovarium and genital organs were investigated by linear system analysis. The temporal changes in the concentrations of hormones were expressed by 35 linear differential equations with multiple feedback loops. The linear system analysis revealed that the system is stable and controllable. There were three different types of the singular values of the system. They were reduced by the optimization of the system. The present model can predict disorders of the reproduction system and evaluate the patho-physiological state of the system
