Abstract :
This paper presents a novel neuro-fuzzy learning algorithm, which has a high learning ability and a high-speed processing. The proposed algorithm tune only parameters of the consequent part and calculate grades of the membership functions using only bit shift and NOT operations. Simulation results show the approval of the novel algorithm that it has adequate basic performances for real-time systems.
