Abstract :
The analysis of electronic transport phenomena in low-dimensional systems under microwave illumination led to the observation of unexpected new phenomena like the so-called microwave induced zero resistance state [Smet, JH., et al., 2005 ] or a new type of periodic voltage oscillations as a function of a magnetic field [Kukushkin, IV., et al., 2005] . The talk will present an overview about new developments in the field of electronic transport in low-dimensional systems with the focus on THz-spectroscopy and THz-detection.
