Abstract :
The paper present the possibility of automatic control of the biological wastewater treatment station with applications in Romanian Chemical Companies. In this paper are developed a mathematical model for biological aeration basins and two automatic control systems (conventional control structure using three-positional controllers or PLC and advanced control structure using state estimators) for wastewater industrial purification.
