Abstract :
An ultra-high power gyrotron is being developed in millimeter and submillimeter wavelength region. It is a large orbit gyrotron (LOG) with an intense relativistic electron beam (IREB). A pulsed power generator "ETIGO-IV" is used for IREB generation. The prototype LOG with a pulse magnet has been constructed. The first operation test was successfully carried out in millimeter wavelength region. The experimental results are presented.
