Abstract :
Computer telephony integration (CTI) gathers concepts, standards, techniques and functionalities allowing or facilitating the dialogue between terminal equipment and telephone devices. An application generator for vocal servers has been developed and integrated in a computer-based server connected to the local area networks. The telephone resources of the company are centralized and managed starting from any terminal of the network. We have built a platform based on a PABX, integrated in a computer-based server and connected to the local area network
