Abstract
Business Process Modeling became complex due to interorganizational interaction and to the dynamic of the context in that it evolves. Using Concepts from Knowledge Management and specific analysis was done. Ontology serves as a mean for detail the specificities and also for assuring a common understanding between the process and its management. The context due to the complexity of overall problem imposes a deeply analysis and modeling. The importance and specific feature of roles are presented.
