Abstract :
We fabricated intrinsic Josephson junctions (IJJs) based on Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x(BSCCO) in conventional methods with the junction number controlled by altering the etching parameters. The IJJs were exposed to terahertz (THz) irradiations from a THz source for research of their response and will be reported in detail.
