Abstract :
With investigation into the style of watercolor, a method is proposed to express the style of watercolor as particular regions and to adjust the style based on the regions. First, the image is segmented into several planar regions. Based on the attributes of these regions, the shapes can be adjusted and the color can be diffused and transferred in different ways to easily get various styles of watercolor. Compared with previously methods, a new graphics approach of style formulation and interactive customization for a watercolor image is presented.
