Abstract :
With the increasing projects and boats in the sea, it is important to control the progress and quality of projects. So monitoring and working command system take a very important role in controlling projects´ quality and promising workers´ safety. This paper designed a set of monitoring commanding systems for working boats´ operation based on C/S structure. It combines GPS high-precision technology and GIS engine technology to realize visual location monitoring and commanding dispatch of working boats. The paper also analyzed technical methods of two far-away boats´ communication.
