Abstract
In this paper, we introduce a new SLM method to reduce the PAPR in OFDM systems. The orthogonal complex sequences produced according to the phase deviation sequences will be combined with the data sequences by appropriate proportion. Then the new information will be transmitted into the air. The receiver first detects the very complex sequences by using the correlator in the way of blind detection. Then it obtains the phase deviation sequences and finishes the demodulation of data. This method improves the transmission efficiency of OFDM systems greatly. Meanwhile, it enhances the ability of anti-interference and anti-noise.
