Abstract :
Minimum Variance Distortionless Response beamforming is a high resolution Direction-of-Arrival estimation method, but it is not suitable for the broadband case and its computation is complex. This paper raised out the Broadband Beamspace MVDR High Resolution Direction-of-Arrival Estimation Method based on Spatial Resampling implementing on the equispaced linear array. This method focuses the target bearing information of various frequency on some focused frequency by spatial resampling algorithm thus to expand MVDR to the broadband case. Also it reduces the computation complexity and improves the stability of the algorithm by beam transfer at the focused frequency to reduce the computation dimension. After theory analysis and lake experiment, it is proved to be practical and effective.
