Abstract :
Assembly processes are intervened subjectively by workers severely which has bottlenecked the efficiency of production. The paper analyzes the implementation of assembly based on physical parts and modeling methods in virtual environment, then describes the principle of self-organizing assembly for pervasive environment. Finally, we propose a new mode of data management that separates the part information and assembly knowledge.
