Abstract
This paper designed a new monitoring model according to the deficiency of the Qiongzhou Strait submarine cable monitoring system. Concepts of transition time and priority were introduced into the monitoring diagnostic strategies of that model based on fuzzy Petri Nets. Transition time resolved the problem of the sorting process during the alarm events diagnosis. The priority concepts solved prior security issues efficiently about the main subsystem of the Qiongzhou Strait submarine cable monitoring system. In addition, this paper applied calculation analysis to illustrate the effectiveness of that model.
