Abstract :
In order to solve the existing problems of modern service operation support system (MOSS) in modern service industry, such as lacking of dynamic modeling capability, this paper brings us a novel dynamic modeling scheme, which improves the flexibility, universalization and portability of business intelligent (BI) service component. Based on the thought of model driven architecture (MDA), this paper puts forward the user oriented operation mode, configures the interfaces of all sub-components respectively and dynamically, and provides the method of constructing the overall system architecture through eXtensible Markup Language (XML). By using of this scheme, it will help the users to make flexible customization service, and the system´s stability and robustness will be improved greatly.
