Abstract :
This paper describes two methods employed in reconstructing a 3-D object. The first method called factorization is a technique for reconstructing the 3-D shape of an object without using camera parameters. This method is employed repeatedly to provide a set of partially reconstructed shapes of the object concerned. The reconstructed parts are integrated to yield the whole 3-D shape of the object. In order to achieve this, the second method called the registration algorithm is employed. Experimental results are shown with discussion
