Abstract :
In this paper, an explanation based on a power law between the average power spectrum and spatial frequency is proposed to reinterpret the three famous experiments on primitive visual perception involving the prior perception of global topological properties, global form stability properties in apparent motion and drosophila´s visual characteristic of transition invariance. Then, an important law of visual perception is found.
